我の 荔枝鸡 ღ(。◕‿◠。)ღ

                                                   

酸甜酸甜很开胃の荔枝鸡



                                                                          
                                                                               材料
                                                半只鸡,一罐荔枝,番茄一粒,少许蒜米

                                                   鸡肉先用蚝油和酱青腌制 一个小时
                                               要炸之前打一粒鸡蛋,3 汤匙的粟粉搅拌
                                                          中火鸡肉炸至金黄色..待用

                                                    随意炒热蒜米,倒如半罐的荔枝水
                                                 加入3汤匙的番茄酱,3 汤匙的辣椒酱
                                               煮滚之后转小火,倒入荔枝肉和番茄片
                                                       放入一茶匙的糖,甜度自调配..
                                               再用剩下的荔枝水加入粟粉,沟芡即可
